Job description:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum  10+Years of relevant experience.
  • Must have Experience in SAP Service Cloud solutions, SAP Service Cloud implementations, with a focus on the utilities industry including meter-to-cash, customer service, and billing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Service Cloud implementations, with a focus on the utilities industry.
  • Strong understanding of utility business processes, including meter-to-cash, customer service, and billing.
  • Proven track record of successful SAP Service Cloud project delivery in a consulting environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP Service Cloud certification is highly desirable.
  • Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop tailored SAP Service Cloud solutions.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Service Cloud modules to ensure they align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate SAP Service Cloud with other systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on utilities industry best practices and regulatory compliance within the SAP Service Cloud environment.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues that arise during the deployment and post-go-live phases.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Service Cloud modules to ensure they align with client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical developers and business analysts, to integrate SAP Service Cloud with other systems.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
