Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), Customer Data Platform (CDP), and SAP Emarsys to meet evolving business and marketing requirements.
• Develop and maintain D2C digital platforms using SAP CDP, CDC, and Emarsys to enable personalized customer engagement and consistent omnichannel experiences.
• Support and enhance D2B platforms, including Self-Service Ordering Portals and integrations with SAP Commerce Cloud and Spartacus using CDC and CDP capabilities.
• Design and implement custom developments using SAP CDC, Emarsys, and SAP ABAP to improve functionality and user experience.
