**POSITION SUMMARY**



The SAP CO Analyst executes the analysis, design, configuration, developments, testing, training, implementation and operational support related to Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO-PA (Margin Analysis), Project Systems and SAC Planning and Reporting. In this role you will provide day-to-day support, ongoing process improvement and implementation of new functionalities. You will act as a liaison between business areas and the IT organization; you will set customer expectations, communicate effectively with the business and technical teams, and provide timely project status. Your efforts will primarily focus on supporting cross-functional applications in SAP and other globally integrated ERP solutions.



**RESPONSIBILITIES:**



+ Configure SAP and business systems across multiple functional areas

+ Defines business processes, improvements, system scope, and business objectives

+ Must have hands-on experience with one or more of the following –



+ Project Systems

+ SAC



+ Must have multiple full cycle implementations & ERP integration experience for mergers & acquisitions (M&A)

+ Assists user community in analyzing and defining needs



+ Creates detailed functional specification documents for RICEFW objects

+ Develops business cases for large-scale system and process solutions and presents to executive management; works with end users to define and configure new application modules.

+ Manages own workload, and may direct the work of other analysts and coworkers

+ Independently learn about new or upcoming functionality available in relevant area to proactively provide suggestions or solutions to the business

+ Configuration of SAP CO & PS modules in IMG, based on business requirements

+ Looking for improvement opportunities in business systems

+ Assisting in the testing process to discover errors and issues in business processes and documentation.

+ Application support and training of end users



**SKILLS:**



+ Experience/expertise in mapping business processes using MS Visio or similar product.

+ Excellent communication skills.

+ Ability to solve problems and provide innovative solutions.

+ Team player.

+ Experience supporting and integrating SAP ERP system(s)

+ Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment



**EXPERIENCE:**

**Essential:**



+ 7+ years of design & configuration experience in multiple SAP FI & CO modules



+ Cost Center Accounting

+ Profit Center Accounting

+ Internal Orders

+ Product Costing (Product Cost Planning, Cost Obj Controlling, Material Ledger)

+ CO-PA (Margin Analysis)

+ Project Systems

+ SAC Planning and Reporting



+ Strong knowledge and cross functional understanding of SAP modules (SAP FI/ CO/MM/ PP/ QM/ WM/ SD/CS(Service))

+ Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience



+ S/4 HANA implementation experience in Mfg. Domain



**Desirable:** High Tech/Electronics industry experience.



**EDUCATION:**



**Essential:** Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Information Systems, or equivalent.



**Desirable:** Functional area training or studies.
