**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Package Specialist: SAP FIN CO, you will support SAP FIN Controlling solutions for clients and serve as an expert working directly with customers to deliver high-quality results and trusted business advice. You will utilize your business and industry knowledge, business processes, and techno-functional solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Design and Configure Solutions: Design and configure SAP FIN Controlling solutions to meet client needs, leveraging knowledge of the area and working with the latest technologies. • Deliver Comprehensive Solutions: Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, focusing on successful project delivery and ensuring client expectations are met. • Collaborate with Clients and Teams: Embody IBM core values while delivering project goals, building trust with clients and team members through knowledge, self-awareness, respect, clear communications, inclusivity, curiosity, and innovation. • Integrate Packaged Technology Solutions: Utilize business and industry knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations. • Ensure Successful Project Delivery: Focus on ensuring successful project delivery, leveraging knowledge of the area and working with the latest technologies.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP CO Consultant
* Solid expertise in SAP Controlling (CO) configuration and implementation
* Experience in SAP CO implementation or transformation projects, including migrations to SAP HANA
* Strong techno-functional knowledge to translate business requirements into SAP solutions
* Good understanding of finance and controlling business processes
* Experience in end-to-end project delivery
* Knowledge of SAP CO integration with FI and other SAP modules
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• SAP FIN Controlling Configuration: Experience with designing and configuring SAP FIN Controlling solutions, including leveraging knowledge of the area and working with the latest technologies to meet client needs.
• Business Process Integration: Experience with utilizing business and industry knowledge to effectively integrate packaged technology solutions and achieve client expectations.
• Techno-Functional Solution Expertise: Experience with techno-functional solution expertise, applying business and industry knowledge to develop and implement comprehensive solutions.
