The role involves hands-on Basis operations, system changes, performance management, and collaboration with technical teams on ongoing projects and enhancements.

- Provide hands-on SAP Basis support across S/4HANA environments
- Handle system installations, upgrades, patching, and maintenance
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents
