Job Description:
Must Have:
4–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of core HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll.
Experience with ESS/MSS and integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, etc.).
Understanding of HR processes and statutory compliance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
