Job Description:
The Associate Analyst requires to collaborate with the Digital and Transformation team in various locations to support IT enabled business solutions. The role involves assistance in system configuration and enhancement for APO in terms of Demand planning , SNP & PPDS.
Key Responsibilities :
Develops a basic understanding of the organization’s vision and business processes to support planning and operations teams. Works under guidance to help document and translate business needs into clear user stories for digital and technology projects.
• Assists in delivering system functionality that meets business requirements, ensuring alignment with user stories and functional specifications provided by senior analysts.
• Provides day-to-day system support and helps with routine maintenance activities while following company policies, standard operating procedures, and compliance requirements (such as SOX and FDA GMP).
• Supports the APO and Planning integration teams by helping with issue tracking, monitoring key system activities, and assisting in monthly and project-related tasks under supervision.
• Participates in projects involving APO on S/4 HANA and PPDS implementation by assisting with system configuration, data validation, testing, and user training activities.
• Helps create and update system documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and job aids.
