Responsibilities:

  • Application Implementation and Project Management : Independently manage Sales and Distribution (SD ) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI ) related enhancements, small rollouts, and projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements. Support global and regional SAP (or SAP add-on’s) projects involving sales order processing, billing, and EDI integration
  • Application Consulting, Process Definition, and Global Standard Development: Initiation, Coordination and Support of SAP EDI configuration (e.g., output types, partner profiles, IDocs, message types). Align with global templates and process standards, ensuring consistency across SAP rollouts.
  • Technical Consultation and User Support : Act as a key interface between business and IT for EDI topics (orders, invoices, ASN, etc.). Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, customer service, sales, sales support) to ensure reliable sales and distribution processes Analyze and troubleshoot EDI errors, IDoc failures, and SAP SD-related issues.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer : Provide training and support to end-users and key users. Document EDI flows and SD configurations to ensure knowledge continuity
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and updates, ensuring consistency across systems and easy access for stakeholders
  • Support and assist in managing relationships with external service providers, ensuring timely project delivery and system maintenance

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) integration
  • English is mandatory on advanced level
  • Experience in working with international teams and external service providers
  • Hands on experience in configuring and supporting EDI interfaces. example ORDERS, INVOIC, DESpatch ADVice (DESADV)
  • Affinity to business processes beneficial and High IT Affinity, Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
