Key responsibilities

• Work with key stakeholders to understand needs and requirements.
• Prepare and conduct blueprint workshops.
• Configure and perform unit testing on the system.
• Document, resolve, and elevate issues.
• Develop functional specifications for FRICEW development.
• Develop authorization design and matrix with business process owner.
• Lead key user training.
• Conduct final system cutover and data migration.
