Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI Consultant with hands-on experience in integrating SAP systems with SuccessFactors (SF) . The consultant will work on designing, developing, and supporting integration flows between SAP and SF using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in SAP integration projects
  • Strong experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
  • Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors (SF) integration (Employee Central, Payroll, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Experience in designing, developing, and monitoring iFlows and integration patterns
  • Knowledge of APIs, OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, SFTP, and XML/JSON mapping
  • Strong understanding of SAP HCM and SF modules
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support integration issues
  • Good communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
