What do you need to succeed
5+ years experience within an IT organization, experience in PI/PO , CPI is a MUST
JAVA preferable/
Passionate about technology and/or programming
Professional English and ideally one other European language
A strong customer service focused personality
A Continuous Improvement mindset
Ability to work according to procedures and best practices
Capable to work in a diverse, global team that runs 24/7
Able to work with a high degree of autonomy
Familiarity with basic integration concepts (e.g. APIs, Service Oriented Architecture, ESB)
Basic Programming experience
Working experience with JIRA service desk or similar solutions
Comfortable with hybrid work environment from our Pune, India office.
