Job Description

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the SAP CRM–ISU landscape, covering both implementation and support.
  • Strong domain understanding of Electricity, Gas, and Water Utility industries.
  • Expertise in CRM–ISU processes: Move in/Out, Recon/Discon, Orders, Contracts, Customer Service, MDT.
  • Hands-on in IC WebClient, Navigation Bar Profiles, Business Role creation, and Number Range configuration.
  • Knowledge of CRM Middleware, BDocs, replication, MDT Product setup, and BRF+ configuration.
  • Familiarity with major CRM and ISU tables, plus ability to draft detailed FS and business documents.
  • Understanding of integration with SAP & Non-SAP systems including FICA, Billing, Device Management, IDEX, etc.
  • Handle endtoend SAP CRM–ISU implementation and support activities independently.
