Job Summary (SAP CRM Techno-Functional Consultant – AMS Support)

  • Provide Application Management Services (AMS) support for SAP C4C v2, C4C v1, and SAP CRM systems.
  • Serve as a techno-functional consultant, managing both technical and functional aspects of SAP CRM and C4C solutions.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems related to SAP CRM and C4C modules.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  • Perform configuration, customization, and enhancements in SAP CRM and C4C as per business needs.
  • Ensure system stability and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance activities.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional documentation for support processes and solutions.
