- Customize and enhance SAP CS functionalities to address specific client requirements.
- Configure SAP CS processes, including service orders, contracts, warranties, service notifications, and resource planning.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP CS functionalities and train their end-users.
- Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and support activities to ensure SAP CS solutions' ongoing stability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CS and its integration with other modules.
