Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Functional Analyst to support and enhance SAP ECC solutions across Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Service functions. The role involves deep functional expertise in Variant Configuration (VC), Order-to-Cash (OTC), and Installed Base (IBase) with strong business process understanding.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP modules including SD, PP, VC, OTC, and Installed Base (IBase).
- Create and maintain Installed Bases, managing technical objects, materials, and serial numbers for customer-specific product tracking.
- Ensure seamless integration of IBase with service processes such as warranty tracking, service contracts, and field service operations.
- Support sales order processing for configurable materials and VC setup to enable equipment creation.
- Participate in data migration activities, ensuring accurate transfer of OBOM and configuration data into IBase.
- Perform unit, integration, and regression testing of VC models to validate configuration logic and business rules.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve functional issues and improve system efficiency.
✅ Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM / SAP ECC.
- Strong functional knowledge of Variant Configuration (VC) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
- Experience with Installed Base (IBase) configuration and data management.
- Understanding of cross-module integration (SD, PP, Service).
- Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
