Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Functional Cutover Lead to support the workstream within a large-scale SAP transformation program . This role is responsible for driving business cutover readiness and execution, working closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to ensure a smooth go-live and transition to Business as Usual (BAU).

  • Contract till end of 2026
  • Remote
  • 10% Travel within EU (Travel budget provided)
  • Paid in Swiss Francs

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end business cutover management for the workstream
  • Develop and maintain the integrated cutover strategy, plan, milestones, and readiness criteria
  • Coordinate with cross-functional functional teams to ensure end-to-end process readiness
  • Lead mock cutovers, go-live execution, and BAU transition
