SAP Cutover Manager

SAP Cutover Manager required to join a leading global end user client on their S/4HANA rollout across LATAM, 2 year assignment ending January 31st 2028, remote working contract with some onsite visits in the US required.

• You will be responsible for ensuring the business is ready for 4 go-lives during the next 2 years
• Experience with S/4HANA end to end implementation projects
• Responsible for ensuring all business and local application cutover activities are planned and executed to schedule and quality
• Coordinates business cutover activities along with local 3rd parties and ensures country site and user readiness for cutover
• Collaborating with the Group Cutover and System Integrator Cutover Leads to ensure the planning and execution of country-specific cutover activities are incorporated into the Release Cutover Plan
• Responsible for determining the country ramp-down and ramp-up plans
• Liaises with the Country IT Team to ensure the cutover does not unnecessarily impact the existing IT services
• Works with the Country Data Lead to plan and execute any cutover readiness activities such as manual data conversions
• Ensures any regression procedures and/or business continuity procedures are in place at country level and are appropriately tested
• Manages the execution of all country cutover activities according to the cutover plan
• Manufacturing industry experience is advantageous
• Being able to speak Spanish to a professional level is preferred

We are open to the persons location, but they must be able to travel to the US for some business meetings, working remote the rest of the time. Mexico, Argentina, Chille, Panama, Peru.
