Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced  SAP CX System Lead   who will serve as the key expert for designing, configuring, and deploying cutting-edge CX and SAP Sales & Marketing solutions. This individual will drive improvement initiatives, support business stakeholders (primarily based in the UK/EU), and contribute significantly to major SAP-related projects and transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of innovative CX solutions to support revenue growth, customer-centricity, and digital transformation.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives across Sales and CRM platforms, including:
    • SAP SD
    • SAP Sales Cloud
    • SAP CPQ
    • SAP Commerce Cloud
    • SAP Analytics Cloud
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing teams to analyze, optimize, and enhance business processes in Sales & CRM systems.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Sales & CRM platforms, ensuring operational stability and quick issue resolution.
  • Stay updated on SAP advancements, industry trends, and best practices in the Sales & Marketing domain.
  • Work cross-functionally with SAP teams and IT groups to develop technical solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Apply strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system challenges, maximizing IT investments.
  • Query, analyze, and interpret system data to provide actionable insights and support future enhancements.
  • Actively contribute to SAP upgrade cycles and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate and interface with third-party system implementors for project and integration activities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–12 years of experience in SAP CX, Sales, or CRM systems, with strong exposure to SAP SD and related Sales & Marketing modules.
  • Strong functional and technical background within SAP Sales Cloud, CPQ, and Commerce Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience supporting SAP environments, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with geographically distributed business stakeholders (preferably UK/EU).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and drive improvement initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors, integrators, and multi-functional IT teams.
