Sap Data Archiving Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SAP Data Archiving & ILM Consultant to manage and support data and document archiving, retention, and migration processes across enterprise systems. The role involves maintaining SAP ILM configurations, troubleshooting archiving issues, managing document storage through ArchiveLink, and supporting Windows fileserver administration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on SAP ILM and document archiving experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to incident management and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Data & Document Archiving

- Perform end-to-end SAP data and document archiving using ILM and ArchiveLink.

- Activate and deactivate archive infostructure (AIS) and execute sweeper/catch-up archiving for new objects.
