Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**


  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere (data modeling, data flows, integrations).
  • Solid understanding of ETL concepts and prior experience with Informatica or similar tools .
  • Experience integrating on-prem data sources with cloud data platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Experience validating structural and semantic data consistency during migrations

Good-to-Have

  • Understanding of SuccessFactors / HR data models .
  • greenfield implementation and migration programs
  • Support reporting solutions, often in conjunction with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Power BI, or Analysis for Office
