**Introduction**
1. SAP Delivery Management & Leadership: * Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple, concurrent SAP implementation, upgrade, and support projects. * Lead and mentor project managers, functional consultants, technical leads, and development teams, fostering a high-performance culture. * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, meeting client and business objectives. * Develop and implement robust project governance structures, risk management strategies, and quality assurance processes. * Manage project financials, resource allocation, and reporting to senior stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Activate, Waterfall).
