• Supports SAP S/4HANA EAM Incidents, tasks and change requests by following service now process and ensuring to resolve them within SLA set
• Supports data mapping and conversion activities.
• Establishes test plans and leads unit integration and user acceptance test efforts.
• Develops functional specifications for new changes and coordinates the testing and integration of development activities.
• Configures SAP system to meet design requirements.
