TCS is Hiring for SAP EAM

Experience : 7-12 years

Location : Chennai

NP : Immediate to 30 days

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

• 5+ years of SAP experience in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance.
• Hands-on expertise in S/4HANA EAM configuration (maintenance orders, task lists, notifications, scheduling).
• Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management in asset-intensive industries.
• Integration experience with FI-AA (Asset Accounting), MM (materials), and PS (projects).

5.Experience in RISE with SAP implementations (greenfield or brownfield).

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to SAP Intelligent Asset Management (IAM), AIN (Asset Intelligence Network), and PdMS (Predictive Maintenance & Service).
• Experience with mobile solutions (SAP Asset Manager, Work Manager) for field maintenance.
• Knowledge of Linear Asset Management (LAM) and GIS integration.
• Familiarity with Asset Master Data Governance (MDG-EAM).

5.Strong stakeholder engagement and presales experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Public Sector projects.
