Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Developer with strong experience in ABAP development and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to support our sustainability and product compliance client project delivery and solution enhancement initiatives. This role requires a unique blend of traditional SAP development skills and modern cloud integration/UI capabilities, enabling innovative solutions for SAP EHS and Product Compliance within S/4HANA.

Education, Training & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent required.
  • 5 to 10 years’ SAP developer experience – consulting and / or industry – chemicals / pharma and manufacturing preferred.
  • Degree and / or formal training in chemistry, industrial hygiene, global chemical product compliance regulations strong plus and related fields is a strong plus.

    • Required Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) and Product Compliance modules.
  • Understanding of sustainability reporting, product stewardship, and compliance frameworks (e.g., REACH, RoHS, GHS).
  • Experience in integrating sustainability solutions with SAP BTP applications.

  • SAP SCM (Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), and Transportation Management (TM))
  • SAP PLM Recipe Development
  • SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)
  • SAP Plant Maintenance

    • Solution Development:

  • Strong knowledge of SAP Gateway, OData services, and integration with Fiori/UI5 apps.
  • SAP BTP & Cloud Development:Hands-on experience with SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry), CAP, Node.js, and DevOps pipelines.Experience in building integrations between SAP S/4HANA and cloud applications.

    • UI/UX Development:

  • Proficiency in SAP UI5/Fiori, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.

    • Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile, global teams.
  • Self-motivated, schedule conscious and deliverable driven
  • SAP EHS Product Compliance Architecture skills – WWI / GenPC, Expert, OCC / ADM / Cloud Loader
  • SAP EHS Product Compliance Content SME – 3E ERC+, SPRC Content Yordis/Opesus and/or CDX/SAP
