Job Description
As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead level consultant, below are the responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 End 2 End Implementation and 5 Support project experience.
- Lead E2E Implementation projects as SF EC Lead
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including organization structure, employee data fields, workflows, and business rules.
- Configure SuccessFactors Employee Central to meet Customer needs, including Sub Modules for Time Management & Benefits
- Support activities, such as system enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Lead or participate in system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the accuracy and functionality of implemented solutions.
