Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Run, monitor, and validate regular and off-cycle payroll runs.
  • Configuration: Configure/customize SAP Payroll schemas, PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules), and wage types to meet business requirements.
  • Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY).
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure payroll accuracy in compliance with local tax laws, labor codes, and regulations.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Resolve employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax calculations.
  • Testing: Conduct system testing for new implementations, enhancements, or support packs.
