Responsibilities

• Standard SD functionality and configuration
• Smart forms / scripts - experience in giving functional requirements.
• Experience in ALE, EDI, Smart forms - MUST
• Special business processes in SD
• Able to troubleshoot issues
• Experience in Custom developments
• Preparing design documents
• Experience in enhancements/ projects
• Have experience in Hi-tech industry business processes and customer service.
• Have Hands on experience with the integration with data service providers for denied party and classifications.
• Batch management serial number management experience.

Eligibility Criteria

• Excellent communication skills
• 15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
• Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
