EY-SAP EWM ABAP– Manager

Key responsibilities

  • ABAP objects development in SAP Modules such as EWM

  • S4 HANA ABAP experience on CDS views, ODATA services and Fiori

  • Application of OSS notes and SAP ASAP methodology

  • Principles of program documentation and techniques of systems analysis, design, and testing

  • Principles of report, screen and form design, develop test data and analyse problems

  • Design, develop, and code difficult and complex programs for SAP EWM

  • Recognize the critical elements of complex application problems, develop and evaluate data, determine solutions, and make logical recommendations

  • Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing

  • Work effectively and independently on assigned projects, train users

  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with administrators, technical and functional team members, and users

  • Understanding of EWM Process Flow

  • Experience in OO ABAP, ITS technology.

  • Good experience in EWM ABAP (RF Screen, PPF, enhancements, CIF, EEWB, Monitor Enhancement)

  • Knowledge in Warehouse monitor, Alerts

  • Conduct solution architecting workshops with the business managers. Create detailed solution documentation and presentations and implement the solution using the standard solutions in SAP.

  • Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; Conduct requirement gathering workshops, map these into SAP

  • Responsible for showcasing high level professionalism in Client engagements and keeping up with company’s brand reputation.

  • Responsible for successful delivery of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) module implementation.

  • Actively participating in Internal meetings related to SAP EWM ABAP capability across organisation and continuously thriving for innovation.

  • Experience in implementation of complex programs in SAP EWM.

  • Proven record of interacting with multiple business units or functional teams.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people.

  • Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Experienced working with ambiguity and a fast paced and changing environment.

  • Leading and Mentoring abilities.

  • Strong problem solving/decision-making skills.

  • Experience leading, persuading and influencing others, including senior level internal and external personnel.

    • To qualify for the role, candidate must have

  • College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences

  • At least 8-10 years of total work experience in SAP

  • At least 5 years of experience working as a Technical ABAP Consultant in SAP EWM Projects

  • Good knowledge of ABAP OOPs

  • Worked in at least 2-3 SAP EWM Implementation Project

  • Strong Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

  • Practical knowledge of CIF, EGF, DRF, MFS, EWM Label Zebra Printers, or any other advanced EWM Technical concepts

  • Worked on advanced and latest SAP Interface technologies

  • Working or basic Knowledge of ABAP on HANA - AMDP, CDS, ODATA

  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and maintain high standard of work quality. Support team as a lead and help team deliver by taking care of their challenges and have team built intact.

  • Good knowledge on Project management would be added advantage
