We are looking for a customer-facing SAP EWM Functional Consultant who will act as a Process Solution Expert supporting plant users, driving solution design, and ensuring smooth SAP EWM project execution across implementation, rollout, and support phases.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Solution Design
- Act as a process expert in designing SAP EWM process templates
- Conduct gap analysis and gather new business requirements
- Translate customer requirements into effective EWM solutions
- Collaborate with process owners to design and deliver new solutions
Implementation & Support
- Participate in end-to-end SAP EWM implementations
- Support post-go-live / hypercare activities
- Troubleshoot defects during testing and production support phases
