SAP FICO Sr. Analyst

The Application Support - SAP FICO Sr. Analyst role is to provide functional support within the Finance and Controlling module of the Abbott Rapid Diagnostics (ARDx) SAP systems.

The SAP FICO Sr. Analyst will be responsible for providing day to day support for the global ARDx business, working with other team members and business users to resolve issues. Assist the SAP Support Supervisor in ensuring the support function provides an appropriate response level in resolving SAP production environment issues and promoting change requests to the production environment.

In addition, this role will also be tasked to assist the SAP Support Supervisor in task allocation and metrics monitoring, be the first line of escalation for module specific concerns and guide new members within the RTR Team in both technical and business processes.
