Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive the design, implementation, and global rollout of SAP S/4HANA Finance. This is a critical global role supporting multi-country operations with strong exposure to pharma manufacturing, US GAAP, and SOX compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Universal Journal)
- Drive global finance templates and S/4HANA best practices
- Ensure tight integration with SD, MM, PP, QM
- Own Product Costing & CO (Cost Centers, Profit Centers, Internal Orders, COPA)
- Govern FICO master data (CoA, cost/profit centers, asset classes, IOs)
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, SOX, and statutory requirements
- Design financial reporting using S/4HANA Embedded Analytics
