Summary

New implementation project needing a full-time-equivalent project manager with a can do mindset. Someone who is not afraid to get hands on and involved if needed. Workforce Management Software implementation, predominantly remote working, freelance/contract/b2b operating model. Some on site may be required from time to time, but this is rather on a specific need basis.

Role Type

Contract; initial duration approx. 10 months.

Start Date

Mid Jan 2026 (planning starts), Early Feb deliverables start.

Salary

Hourly all-inclusive rate.

Location / Language

English language project. Customer located in Europe. Must be based in Europe.

Requirements
  • 5-10+ years hands on experience as a project manager within HCM/HR/HRIS projects and programs
  • 2+ end to end project opportunities
