SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) Support Analyst

Our Toronto based client is seeking an SAP Finance and Controlling (FI-CO) Support Analyst to join their project from May 2026 and will run until October 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 5 + years of experience in the SAP S/4HANA Financial and Controlling Modules, including both implementation and post-implementation support. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days on-site per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolution of FICO incident tickets, providing analysis and resolution according to predefined criteria and response times.
• Escalate incidents to senior support teams and 3rd party vendors(s) who provide levels 3 and 4 support when required.
