About the Job

We’re looking for an SAP Finance Application Specialist to join our SAP FI/CO support team in Mexico City. You’ll report to the Delivery Manager within the IM – AMS Finance department and work closely with solution architects, global controllers, and fellow application specialists.

In your future role as SAP Finance Application Specialist, you will:

  • Support incident and change management for SAP Finance applications (ServiceNow)

  • Deliver solutions aligned with our global template design and architecture

  • Be a trusted advisor to global controllers, supporting finance processes and compliance

  • Drive SAP FI/CO projects and integrations with other modules (SD, MM, etc.)

  • Ensure seamless system integrations with external platforms (with strong focus on SD)

  • Monitor background jobs to keep business operations running smoothly

  • Translate business needs into SAP solutions, manage changes, and follow through to resolution

  • Bring new ideas—support continuous improvement and stay on top of SAP trends

  • Full fluency in English – written and spoken (must-have)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Informatics, MIS, or related field

  • 5+ years of SAP FICO support experience (ticket handling, solution delivery, incident management)

  • Proven track record of support ticket resolution in a global environment

  • Relevant knowledge of: SAP Finance integrations (SD, MM, and other modules – must-have)
    Vertex (taxation)
    Controlling, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Project Systems
    P2P processes (nice-to-have)

  • Experience in 1st line support (ServiceNow)

    This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the IM Delivery Manager based in the Netherlands.
