SAP Fiori CDS Developer Consultant 
  • Would consider higher if candidate had more than 5 years of experience
  • Duration: 6 months
Role  
  • We are seeking an experienced SAP Fiori CDS Developer to lead the design and development of custom Fiori applications and CDS views within an S/4HANA environment.
  • The consultant will be responsible for building scalable, user-friendly solutions, integrating OData services, and ensuring alignment with business requirements across modules such as Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities  
  • Design and develop SAP CDS data models, transforming ABAP logic into CDS-based virtual models.
  • Build and maintain Fiori applications using standard Fiori elements and custom UI5 development (JavaScript).
  • Configure Fiori Launchpad (spaces, pages) and manage extensions/adaptation projects for standard Fiori apps.
  • Develop and manage OData services, including ICF configuration and integration with S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, ensure proper integration, and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Utilize WebIDE and Business Application Studio for development and deployment.
  • Implement version control using GIT and follow best practices for code management.
  • Support performance optimization and troubleshoot issues across Fiori and CDS layers.
Required Qualifications  
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Fiori development and CDS modeling.
  • Strong knowledge of OData services, UI5 custom app development, and Fiori Launchpad configuration.
  • Experience with S/4HANA technical implementation projects (minimum 2).
  • Proficiency in WebIDE, Business Application Studio, and JavaScript.
Preferred Skills  
  • Familiarity with Order-to-Cash, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
  • Experience with SAP ECC security concepts and adaptation in S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Power BI is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams for requirement gathering.
