Role Summary
We are seeking an SAP Fiori Consultant with strong experience in developing,
configuring, and extending SAP Fiori applications. The candidate will work with
business and functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications that
comply with SAP Fiori design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAP Business
Application Studio (BAS), ensuring compliance with SAP Fiori design
guidelines and best practices.
Build responsive applications using SAPUI5 framework and reusable UI5
controls.
Configure and manage Fiori apps on Fiori Launchpad for both on-premise and
SAP BTP environments.
Demonstrate hands-on experience with SAP Fiori extensibility models (Key
User Extensibility, Developer Extensibility, and Side-by-Side Extensibility).
Develop applications leveraging OData V2 and V4 protocols, UI5 controls,
metadata annotations, and efficient data binding techniques.
Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and cross-device
usability.
Troubleshoot UI and backend integration issues, ensuring quick resolution and
minimal downtime.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, prepare prototypes,
and create mock-up screens.
Apply version control using Git and support CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain code quality and security standards using tools such as SonarQube.
Support testing phases (SIT, UAT) and document technical designs.
Required Skills

3 5 years of strong SAPUI5 development skills (controls, MVC, data binding,
routing).
Deep understanding of SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.
Knowledge of OData services and SAP Gateway.
Familiarity with troubleshooting tools (Chrome DevTools, SAP Gateway logs,
ST05, /IWFND/ERROR_LOG).
Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, OData, and SAP
Gateway.
Understanding of SAP Launchpad configuration and personalization.
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and code quality tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive UX mock-ups (Figma).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have
Exposure to SAP BTP CAP model and CDS views.
Basic knowledge of SAP security/authorization concepts.
Experience in Design Thinking workshops.
