• CustomerProduct Support
• Strong Communication and Documentation skills
• Good working knowledge of M.S. Office, especially M.S. Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot table
• ComputerInternet Savvy
• Ability to conduct Customer Training
• The Implementation Specialist will support the client's Fleet Management System service offering
• The Implementation Specialist will also conduct WebEx training sessions for the customer teams in the use of product and reporting dashboards
• The role requires complete on-boarding of Fleet Management customers from initial welcome to customer account and dashboard setup to provisioning and back-end system configurations
