• Analyzing and seeking to understand functional specifications to create technical specifications for development powerfully.
• Performing SAP Forms programming, testing, and debugging functions related to the implementation of SAP modules.
• Exhibiting close Communication with functional teams and architects to understand the requirements from provided available designs and transform these requirements into the technical systems.
• Participating in a team and performing assessments at the customer site as needed
• Expertise in the development of smart forms and Adobe forms.
• Strong ABAP development experience in RICEFW Forms (Smart forms, Adobe).
• Knowledge of dialog programming, interface programming, ALE/IDOC’s, enhancements
• Knowledge of SAP development best practices, business processes, and data structures.
• Demonstrated ability to support, debug, and troubleshoot SAP development and objects.
• Knowledge of transport management and enterprise warehouse management a plus.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Excellent problem identification, root cause, and corrective action to drive resolution.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to effectively meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with all levels of government community.
• Ability to influence change as well as manage rapidly changing technological and business environments.
• Ability to work on a highly dynamic team in a fast-paced environment with continuous challenges.
