Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the implementation and rollout of SAP FSM solutions for clients across different industries.
  • Design and develop custom solutions using SAP FSM, including integration with third-party systems and tools.
  • Collaborate with SAP Product Development teams to implement new features and custom plugins.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FSM implementations, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Develop and maintain dynamic smartforms, business rules, and custom reports using tools like Jaspersoft and JavaScript.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and support for system upgrades and refreshes.
  • Design and implement access management and approval mechanisms for different organizational levels.
  • Managing and working with cross-functional teams while supporting business needs for global Sales & Service vertical.
  • Participating in end-to-end SAP project implementation, project management and gathering requirements to improve business processes.
  • Carrying out System design & application development, revamping company's existing system.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for project implementation and problem resolution.


Profile:


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Engineering or another specialization.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in IT and consulting, with a focus on SAP FSM.
  • Certification in SAP FSM (Coresystems) is added advantage.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and API technology.
  • SAP FSM implementation, support, solution design and integration

  • Good understanding of S4 HANA
  • Good understanding of SAP Customer Service module (or Plant Maintenance module)
  • Open to learn SAP FSM and the key FSM capabilities such as resource scheduling, service calls, activities, approvals, service execution and mobile, checklists, Smartforms, reporting etc.
  • Able to work with distributed team
