Job Description

Enterprise Structure & Core SD Configuration

• Design and configure enterprise structure elements including Sales Organizations, Distribution Channels, Divisions, Plants, Shipping Points, Sales Offices, and Sales Groups.

• Set up and maintain organization assignment, ensuring tight integration between SD, MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM.

• Configure Master Data dependencies including material master views, customer master, partner functions, account groups, and number ranges.


OTC (Order-to-Cash) Process Expertise

• Lead design and implementation of core OTC processes: inquiries, quotations, sales orders, availability checks (ATP/AATP), deliveries, shipments, billing, returns, and credit/debit memos.

• Configure document types, item categories, schedule line categories, copy control, and document flows.

• Ensure proper setup of text management, output/print management, and partner determination.


Pricing & Revenue Configuration

• Configure pricing procedures, condition tables, access sequences, condition types, scales, and pricing records.

• Implement complex pricing scenarios including customer-specific pricing, promotions, surcharges, discounts, intercompany pricing, rebate processes, and tax determination.

• Collaborate with FI on revenue account determination and tax integration.


Integration & Cross-Functional Support

• Work with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, GTS) to design end-to-end process flows.

• Support integration using IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, OData services, and middleware (PI/PO, MuleSoft, BTP Integration Suite).

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across touchpoints like ATP, credit management, deliveries, and billing.


Project Execution

• Lead or support SD scope in implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.

• Write functional specs for RICEFW objects and work closely with technical teams (ABAP/BTP developers).

• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and support cutover activities.

• Provide hypercare and ongoing L2/L3 production support.


Stakeholder & Business Engagement

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and propose best-practice solutions aligned with clean-core principles.

• Provide training, documentation, and end-user support.

• Collaborate with business users in Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance to improve overall OTC cycle performance.


Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA.

• Strong expertise in:

o Enterprise structure design and org-level configuration

o OTC configuration & process design

o Pricing configuration and complex pricing scenarios

o Delivery & billing processes

o Credit management

o Output management (SmartForms/Adobe/Fiori Output Control)

• Solid understanding of customer/material master, partner functions, account groups, and document flows.

• Experience with IDoc processing, SAP interfaces, and debugging/troubleshooting.

• Exposure to S/4HANA simplifications (BP, AATP, Revenue Recognition changes).
