Job Description
Position: SAP Techno-Functional Consultant, SFSF & BIB
Work Location: 100% Remote – India
Duration: 12 Months Contract with a possibility of an extension
Required Skills/Experience:
- Configure and support Employee Central core modules, including Foundation Objects, Business Rules, and Data Models.
- Manage employee lifecycle events such as hire, rehire, transfer, promotion, termination, and position changes.
- Configure workflows, alerts, and business rules to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Support Position Management and Organizational structures.
- Configure SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) for data replication between SuccessFactors EC and SAP ERP / S/4HANA.
- Set up and manage replication scenarios for Employee, Organizational, and Compensation data.
- Execute initial loads and delta replications, ensuring data integrity and synchronization.
