Job Description: We are seeking for a junior consultant (no experienced) to join our support team, providing Level 2 functional expertise in SAP MM (Supplier master data - Business Partner).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for data and user management, resolving incidents, analyzing system issues, and supporting enhancements related to supplier master data in SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2 support for SAP MM-related incidents, service requests and data/user management
* Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution
* Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement process improvements
* Support configuration changes and testing activities
* Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
