Job Description
The SAP Functional Consultant will be responsible for driving SAP-related implementations,
configurations, process improvements, and integrations supporting Invoicemart’s financial
operations, billing, Client management, and compliance workflows. The role requires strong
functional expertise, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to collaborate with
cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes. Open to Travel

Key Responsibilities
1. SAP Functional Support & Configuration
• Configure and support SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD (choose specific modules
based on your internal requirement).
• Manage master data related to Clients, customers, invoices, and financial documents.• Ensure smooth functioning of SAP processes related to billing, settlements,
payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
2. Process Mapping & Optimization
• Understand business processes for TReDS operations, finance, invoicing, and Client
onboarding.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
3. SAP Enhancements & Integrations
• Collaborate with technical teams for SAP enhancements, customizations (RICEFs),
and new development.
• Work on API/Interface integrations between SAP and Invoicemart’s internal
platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy and synchronization across systems.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Conduct UAT, prepare SOPs, and provide end-user training.
5. Issue Resolution & Support
• Manage incident tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Ensure system stability, compliance, and documentation.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP FI/MM/SD modules.
• Experience in invoice management, client payments, reconciliation, GST, and
financial postings.
• Understanding of Indian financial compliance standards (GST, TDS, accounting
entries).
• Good knowledge of integration mechanisms (IDocs, APIs, RFCs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Preferred Background
• Experience in FinTech, BFSI, NBFC, or financial operations environment.
• Exposure to invoice discounting, receivables financing, or TReDS platforms is a strong
advantage.
• SAP certification is preferred but not mandatory.Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or Post-Graduation is an added advantage
