Bristlecone is hiring for an SAP GRC Process Control role.
ORGANIZATION: Bristlecone
Mode of employment: Permanent
JOB LOCATION: (Anywhere in India)
Experience: 10 + years of SAP GRC Process Control
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days
- 10+ years of experience in SAP GRC 10.x/12.x
- Worked on at least 2 end-to-end implementations and support of SAP GRC Process Control (PC) modules
- Lead client discussions and workshops, guide control design decisions, and provide recommendations on best practices
- Design and configure control frameworks, control objectives, master data, organization structure, processes & subprocesses, automated/manual controls, workflows, surveys, and assessments
- Performed risk and control assessments (RCA), control testing, and remediation management
- Have configured Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) and business rule frameworks
- Able to map business processes to risks, controls, and automated monitoring rules
- Integrated SAP GRC PC with SAP ECC/S4 HANA and other SAP GRC components (Access Control, Risk Management)
- Solid understanding of SOX and other regulatory compliance, internal controls, and audit processes
- Facilitate workshops with business users, auditors, and compliance teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scripts
- Lead UAT cycles, train the core team, and support go-live and post-implementation activities
- Should have good communication skills, excellent documentation, and presentation skills
