Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be

more than 3-6 years) 1. 3+ years of overall experience in implementation, Rollout and Support SAP Projects worked on GTS 10.1 and above with Domain experience in with Foreign Trade Customer processing 2. Hands on setting up communication between ECC or S/4 HANA to GTS and also from GTS to external Custom servers (US, EU) 3. Strong in SAP GTS (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Global Trade Trends, Preference management, intrastat, Electronic Compliance Reporting) and knowledge of integration Modules (SD, MM WM and FI) 4. Good experience and expertise for driving GTS Workshops, mapping Business Processes into SAP, Legacy Data Migration (Master data and Transaction data) and Conducting End user trainings and handling the interfaces between GTS and other external systems etc. 5. Hand on Compliance management- SPL Screening worked with SPL vendor for uploading the SPL Files, checks against applicable regulations and statutory requirements, rule setting, embargo, Legal Control for imports and export License Determination, multiple legal regulation 6. Experience of implementation in Classification, Free Trade Agreements, Import, Exports based on region or country specific 7. Experience of implementation in Customer special Program like Customs Handbook, Customer license, MIDA in APAC region 8. Strong in Implementation on experience in Legal Regulations, statutory regulations, Country specific setting and enhancements (Legal Units, import and export management/Classifications, Commodity codes etc)., 9. Understand on Country specific Licensing, SPL, ECCN, Embargo, Free Trade Agreement, 2TS, and implement based on customer Specific settings 10. Creation of Functional/Business design documents for the Customer requirements and addressing of gaps 11. Excellent communication & team management skills 12. Good written and verbal skills & team skills 13. Strong problem-solving skills & proactive attitude

Good-to-Have 1. Good to have Skill set of S4 HANA GTS Implementation and Support experience etc. 2. Certification on SAP, S4 HANA GTS
