Must Have Skills:-

1. SAP HANA Native modeling: Design, build, and maintain efficient data models in SAP HANA Calculation Views.

2. SQL scripting: Develop and maintain complex SQL scripts, stored procedures, and table functions within HANA.

3. Performance optimization: Ability to analyze and tune performance of HANA models.

4. Data integration tools: Experience with data provisioning tools such as SLT, SDA/SDI.

5. BW modeling: Familiarity with SAP BW modeling concepts is often required, as native HANA models are frequently built from BW structures.

6. Business knowledge: Understanding of business processes and can Translate business requirements into technical solutions and work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders.

Nice to have:-

7. ABAP on HANA: Experience with ABAP development within the HANA context is a strong plus.
