Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in German Payroll and Time Management to support and deliver enterprise-level SAP HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS , and CATS / Planning Board
• Handle German Payroll and Time Management processes, including statutory requirements
• Perform HRSP upgrade impact assessments , SAP Note analysis, and related remediation activities
• Support payroll runs, time evaluation, and month-end/year-end activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to resolve issues
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to team members
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation and support artifacts

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM
• Strong expertise in German Payroll and Time Management
• Experience in SAP HCM PA/OM, Payroll, Time, ESS/MSS
• Exposure to CATS / Planning Board

Desired Skills

• Experience with HRSP upgrades and SAP Note analysis
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM / SuccessFactors integration
• German language skills (preferred)
