Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with strong expertise in German Payroll and Time Management to support and deliver enterprise-level SAP HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM modules including PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS , and CATS / Planning Board
Handle German Payroll and Time Management processes, including statutory requirements
Perform HRSP upgrade impact assessments , SAP Note analysis, and related remediation activities
Support payroll runs, time evaluation, and month-end/year-end activities
Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to resolve issues
Provide functional leadership and guidance to team members
Prepare and maintain functional documentation and support artifacts
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM
Strong expertise in German Payroll and Time Management
Experience in SAP HCM PA/OM, Payroll, Time, ESS/MSS
Exposure to CATS / Planning Board
Desired Skills
Experience with HRSP upgrades and SAP Note analysis
Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA HCM / SuccessFactors integration
German language skills (preferred)
