Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Payroll and Time Management professional with 8+ years of relevant expertise in managing payroll processes for the United States & Canada. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Payroll and Time Management, with hands-on experience in US Tax and BSI (Business Software, Inc.) tax factory integration. Basic exposure to SuccessFactors is preferred.

This role requires direct collaboration with business stakeholders for requirement gathering, issue resolution, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Management (US & Canada): Must have

o Configure, maintain, and support SAP Payroll for US and Canadian employees.

o Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations.

o Perform payroll runs, reconciliations, and audits to guarantee accuracy.
