Job Description

  • Engage in full-cycle SAP HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver optimized SAP HCM solutions.
  • Configure SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), etc.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and user training documentation.
  • Coordinate with technical teams (ABAP) for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for client users.
  • Provide support during UAT and go-live phases.
  • Role Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in SAP HCM Functional.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration experience in core HCM modules.
  • Must have completed at least one end-to-end SAP HCM implementation.
